Urban Build Contracts Ltd are owned and managed by Steven Lampard who has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. His wealth of knowledge across a number of different facets in construction enables Urban Build to undertake a variety of different and challenging projects.

From high end new builds to extensions, we cover a variety of different projects within the residential sector. In the past we have taken on listed buildings, houses, flats, structural alterations and kitchen extensions.

Commercial

Our commercial portfolio is both diverse and continuing to grow. Throughout our projects we provide quality structural alterations as well as cosmetic improvements. Previous contracts include spas, offices and high street retailers.

Education

We have undertaken numerous contracts with United Learning throughout the years. This includes Surbiton High School for Girls', Boys' Prep and Girls' Prep, Hurlingham Academy and Langford Primary School.

 Boutique salon in Guildford gets a signature look.

 

We recently developed the new premises of Julia Lampard Hairdressers on Sydenham road. The project the involved stripping out the existing shop constructing a new high spec design salon and fitting specialist equipment within the time constraints allocated for launch.

                                      Education

 

Our contracts with United Learning have included building new science laboratories and converting an office block into classrooms for a boys' preparatory school. In addition to this, we built an industry standard kitchen and made structural alterations to a dinning hall.
